We leverage advanced artificial intelligence technology to provide professional material generation services for major e-commerce platforms including Taobao, Tmall, JD, Amazon, and more. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that generated materials will always meet your exact expectations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

4. Usage Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate or upload any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) or sexually explicit content, including but not limited to nudity, pornography, or sexually suggestive images or videos. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such content, and violating accounts will be terminated immediately.
  • Upload product images containing infringing, counterfeit, or misleading information.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
  • Use the service for fraud, false advertising, or other illegal commercial activities.
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile our AI models or technology.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images and content you upload to the platform. For e-commerce materials generated using the platform, subject to your compliance with these Terms and valid credits in your account, we grant you the right to use, modify, and distribute such materials. You may use generated materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, social media, and advertising.

6. Credits and Payments

Certain features of the Service require credits. Credits can be obtained through purchase, subscription, or promotional activities. Different types of material generation consume different amounts of credits. Except as required by law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our prices and credit consumption models at any time, and will provide advance notice for significant changes.

7. Generated Content Quality

We use advanced AI technology to generate materials, but AI generation results may have uncertainties. We do not guarantee that generated materials will fully meet your expectations, do not guarantee the display effect of materials on all platforms, and are not liable for any commercial losses caused by using generated materials. We recommend that you review and adjust generated content before use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. AI models may change due to technical updates, which may affect generation results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopFly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: (1) you violate these Terms; (2) you engage in fraudulent or other illegal activities; or (3) you pose a security risk to the Service. Upon termination, you may lose access to generated content.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-service notification.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction in our location.
